BRAVO > Project Greenlight > Message Boards

I really enjoy watching this show but have not seen one black person, or Latino behind the scenes. Why is it that everyone involved all look the same? Would be nice if Matt, sexy-Chris and Ben put a little more effort into finding writers, directors, crew or actors of color to be a part of this process. I know of plenty WGA writers of color who submitted their screenplays and got over-looked.
